By downloading or using Gymbell ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial fitness tracking purposes.
You are responsible for:
Gymbell is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device. Information provided by the App, including AI-generated coaching suggestions, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or modifying an exercise programme.
AI features generate content based on your workout data. This content is informational only. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated suggestions.
The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
If you configure AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, pricing changes, or data handling.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App, including injury resulting from exercise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Finnish courts. Notwithstanding the above, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply and cannot be excluded by these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
